Fifth Grade Georgia O'keefe Inspired Works

Fifth Grade students viewed and discussed the work of Georgia O'Keefe. Students drew their own leaf or flower design, making the composition fill the entire page. They first used glue to cover their pencil lines. When the glue was dry, students used metallic markers over top the glue to add a shiny effect. Students then chose a color family from the color wheel and blended them together with chalk. They are truly stunning works of art!
